Andrés Abad Rodríguez is a strategic technology leader with over 20 years of experience transforming complex technology operations into scalable, people-centric ecosystems. His expertise focuses on Technology Strategy, Artificial Intelligence, and Quantum Computing, specializing in aligning enterprise governance with emerging digital frontiers.

Andrés served as the Head of Technology Delivery and Operations at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance. His career is deeply rooted in the Geneva international community, having held key leadership and technical roles at CERN, where he managed critical data processing services for the discovery of the Higgs Boson, as well as at Wella Company, where he served as Head of Digital PMO and Digital Center of Excellence Manager. His extensive experience also includes senior positions at the World Health Organization (WHO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and the United Nations International Computing Centre (UNICC).

In addition to his corporate and intergovernmental work, Andrés is a committed advocate for ethical tech governance. He is an Advisory Board Member for the Quantum AI Foundation. He previously founded and chaired a Spain-based think tank dedicated to AI for Social Good, and collaborated as Research Member at the Center for AI and Digital Policy (CAIDP) and as Executive-in-Residence Fellow in the Geneva Center for Security Policy (GCSP).

Andrés holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School and an MSc in Computer Science and another one in Cybersecurity. His academic background is complemented by specialized programs in AI for Business from The Wharton School, Leading Digital Transformation from MIT, and the Oxford Senior Leadership Executive Programme.

Salim Azzabi is a digital transformation and innovation expert with over 18 years of experience driving large-scale change across global organizations, including the World Health Organization, the International Labour Organization, and the Kudelski Group.

He specializes in turning complex strategies into practical solutions helping governments and organizations design and implement digital transformation initiatives, from platform ecosystems to AI-enabled decision systems. At WHO, he worked directly with countries to develop and roll out digital health strategies, while also founding the organization’s internal innovation program to accelerate real-world impact.

With a background that combines engineering, business, and entrepreneurship, Salim brings a pragmatic, execution-focused approach to scaling solutions across systems and stakeholders. He is a graduate of École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne and HEC Paris.

With over 20 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, and cloud solutions, Joaquim helps organisations design and deliver robust, scalable, and secure systems. His background spans enterprise platforms, microservices, and AWS-based architectures, with hands-on leadership across full delivery lifecycles - from concept to production.

In recent years, he has focused on integrating Artificial Intelligence into real-world systems, building context-aware AI solutions, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and automation frameworks that enhance decision-making, security, and operational efficiency. Alongside this, he has led initiatives in cybersecurity, penetration testing, and AI-driven threat analysis, combining deep technical knowledge with practical execution.

Beyond traditional software, Joaquim brings a multidisciplinary approach, working across electronics, robotics, and embedded systems to prototype and deliver innovative solutions where hardware and software intersect. This breadth allows him to operate effectively across domains, bridging business needs with technical execution and delivering solutions that are both strategic and hands-on.
